I was asked once, "If you could give pregnant women advice, what would it be?" My immediate response was "Educate yourself. Read anything and everything you can get your hands on. The only truly informed choice is an educated choice."
That is one of the main purposes for this website - to provide a sort of one-stop place for women seeking answers to their questions. It also is to promote my doula practice, which is located in Central Maine. I provide labor and postpartum doula services, as well as many other packages, products, and classes to pregnant women and their birth partner.
